Onsite Supervision for Monday 15th- Wednesday 17th Feb
Dear Parents and Carers,
We're sure that most of you are aware that Victoria is unfortunately going back in to Stage 4 lockdown as of 11.59pm tonight, Friday 12 February, until 11.59pm Wednesday 17 February.
Students will not be attending school on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday next week and are expected to learn from home.
Banyan Fields will only provide on-site supervision for students in the following categories:
1. Children whose parents are considered essential workers, who cannot work from home and where no other supervision arrangements can be made.
2. Vulnerable children, including children in out-of-home care, children deemed by Child Protection and/or Family Services to be at risk of harm and children identified by the school as vulnerable (including via referral from a family violence agency, homelessness or youth justice service or mental health or other health service).
To request onsite supervision you must complete the google document by following this link: https://forms.gle/cAyehGgGoPKuHNMJ9

you will need to collect your child/ren as soon as is practicable upon the request of the school if your child becomes unwell.
